Shipping

Complimentary shipping is included on every order. Orders generally ship within 2–5 business days.

Qualifying product issues reported within three months of delivery may be eligible for replacement.

Every Jewel Junction piece includes lifetime warranty coverage for qualifying issues, subject to inspection and the warranty terms.

Items that arrive damaged must be reported promptly with supporting photos or video for review.

Split payment options are available at checkout alongside all major cards and wallets. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout.
